The Motor City's Kevin Russell aka KJ Russo (guitar) has a very unique blend of rock, blues and soul. After moving to Hollywood to follow his dream Kevin first rose to prominence with the now classic rock band 707—scoring a couple of rock radio classics and touring countless arenas during the 80's.
Kevin has also played and/or recorded with a who’s-who list of artists throughout his career including, Clarence Clemons (E St. Band), Peter Criss (Kiss), Levon Helm (The Band), Whitesnake, Ted Nugent, Slim Jim & Lee Rocker (The Stray Cats), Joe Walsh (The Eagles), Bruce Springsteen, Earl Slick (David Bowie), Robert Plant (Led Zeppelin), and the list goes on. In 2007 Kevin was asked to join "Jersey Boys" (The Broadway Smash Hit Show), playing sold out shows night after night in NYC, SF & LA during 2007-2008. Kevin has also released several solo CD’s.
